banks of the River Vizela, close to its source where clear waters still flow, Pontido village
offers a unique experience in rural tourism. The whole village has been rebuilt. You can almost hear the screeching of the ox carts that marked the furrows in the pavement as you enjoy the terrace by the riverbank, right next to the old granite bridge.Feel the call of nature.

Moscoso is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Serra da Cabreira, the ‘Nose of the World’. This small village, with its paths adorned with green trellises and golden thatched roofs, is still very much alive with community feeling and ancient traditions. We’ll have a typical lunch in a traditional restaurant and visit the waterfalls and views of the mountains.

Fafe, as a town, has existed since the 13th century, being known as Monte Longo. It was its strong development over time that, in 1836, allowed it to become the seat of a municipality, receiving a charter from King Manuel I on 5 November 1513. The morphological conditions of the territory made it possible to establish prehistoric settlements, as well as the settlement of proto historic communities.
